James handles all correspondence with all the insurance companies such as Farmers, American Family Insurance, USAA, Travelers, Nationwide and more, making sure all damages to our customers’ homes are recognized, documented, and seen by the insurance company.
With a history in customer service, James is focused on providing the best support to handle our customers’ needs. He is involved from the start of the claim until the final product, providing a very “hands-on” approach.
His background also includes a position as office manager for an apartment complex, which gives him an additional skill set in other office functions necessary to running a business.
